The anti-social networker

You and I will never be anything more than acquaintances, and that’s cool. I got no problem with that. What bugs me is your voyeuristic behavior on FB. I know that FB, by it’s nature, encourages everyone’s voyeuristic tendencies, including my own. But most of the rest of us actually post things. Even the most quiet folks post a status now and then. A video. A link. Something. Not you. You never even click the ‘like’ button about anything that any of your friends have ever posted. We get it, you don’t want to participate. That’s cool… there are a lot of folks who feel like you. But then…

There are the emails. Emails about things that have nothing to do with FB. Yet at the bottom, in the closing paragraphs, you write comments about what we’ve posted on FB. Posts from days before your email was written. WTF? Why not just save time and actually comment on FB? I’m not sure I get what the difference is in your world… but…

Then there are the actual rants about FB — how horrible you think it is, how much you hate it. Ok. So. One question. Why don’t you delete your frikkin’ account?
